Mental Health Month

Oct 1, 2025 | Blog

October is mental health month.
During October, I’m going to share about how reading and creative writing can help with mental health. Most of what I share is how I use for my own mental health, as well as results from 12 years of working with young writers.
If you’ve been around for a little while, you will know this is a special interest of mine, and both reading and creative writing have been important in my own mental health journey, both before I was diagnosed AuDHD and afterwards.
If you can’t wait for my content, check out my book ‘Creative Writing for Wellbeing’. On my website or you can get it as an ebook – https://books2read.com/u/3nMvpK
