What I’ve Read – June 2021

Jul 1, 2021 | What I've Read

In June, I hit the picture books & chapter books with four picture books and two chapter books.

You know you’re doing something right as a bookloving parent when your 19 year old comes home with some awesome picture books. In June, he bought two great picture books that I just had to read – Thunder Down Under by Timothy Knapman and Who Pooed in My Loo by Emma Adams. Both of these have great messages for kids.

The other picture books I read were Rollo’s Wet Surprise by Penny Macoun and Windows by Patrick Guest.

I finished reading Thadities and the Clan by Carolyn Wyrsch, a great fantasy adventure, and Max Booth Future Sleuth: Map Trap by Cameron Macintosh, the latest Max Booth adventure.

After a couple of months of not reading much, it was wonderful to be back reading again. I already have some fantastic books on my To Be Read pile and I look forward to getting started.
