How long is the subscription for?
Bright Ideas is a monthly subscription. We require subscribers to commit for at least three months as we plan three months ahead, then it’s month to month for as long as you want to be subscribed.
When will I receive my package?
We send packages out during the first full week each month through Australia Post. We will post on our Facebook page when they have been sent.
Where do you send packages?
Currently, packages are posted Australia-wide.
How do I cancel?
If you want to cancel your subscription, simply contact us and we will cancel your automatic payment on our end.
