Anthology

  • Are you a young writer aged between 8-18?
  • Would you like to see your name in print?

I am compiling an anthology with stories and poems by young writers, and I would like you to be part of it.

The theme is:

Something funny happened on the way to…

This will be the isolation edition, so choose somewhere you can go while on isolation. Get creative. Some ideas include: the bathroom, the couch, the letterbox, putting out the bin, the washing line, etc.

I am looking for fun, happy, uplifting stories from young Australian writers.

To enter is $5, and this includes a copy of the anthology mailed to you. Additional copies will be available for sale after publication.

  • Stories must be under 750 words, family friendly, and the authors own work. We also accept poetry and non-fiction.
  • All work must be in a text or Word document, in 12 point, Times New Roman font, with the title of the piece, author’s name, age, and state at the top of the first page.
